- Taking off Quantity using software (Autocad, Planswift and Bluebeam)
- Contract Administration: Administer construction contract ensuring
compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
- Estimation: Collaborate with project teams to prepare accurate cost
estimates for various project stages.
- Risk management: Identify and manage potential risk related to project
cost, proposing mitigation strategies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external
stakeholders, including contractor and suppliers, to ensure cost
efficiency and project success.
