I have a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology. I am knowledgeable in creating infographics, programming using -----------, and database management. As an IT graduate, I am also adept in using productivity tools and a few video and audio editing software.
I've been employed for 9 years and 8 months to an academic institution where I experienced teaching college and senior high school students, and administrative works.
I was promoted as the Information and Communications Technology Coordinator during the pandemic in 2020, managing different areas like:
1. Technical Support - computer troubleshooting, software installation and configuration, network and internet troubleshooting.
2. Media and Public Relations - Creating and social media content to advertise and promote our institution through brochures, and posters. These also include creating skits, formulating scripts, video shooting, and editing.
3. Helpline Services - answering queries through mobile phone and Facebook page messenger. I also lobby the queries to different offices for more detailed information.
4. School Systems Administration - I was responsible of the maintenance and troubleshooting of automated systems in the institution such as Student Information and Accounting System, Learning Management System, and Electronic Data Management System. This also includes training the end users of the systems.
I have good communication and leadership skills. I also have access to fast internet connection, laptop, and video editing computer.
