• Provide Client with data analysis / information on properties and owners contact information and address, Lead Management, and setting appointment for property inspection and provide data for comparable sales using Microsoft Excel and other websites and tools used by client.
• Did outbound calls on average-----------calls per day for Expired Leads with High-end Prestige properties. Helped Client with Lead Management using different tools and websites. Self-trained with Tom Ferry videos for scripts and rebuttals.
• Doing First Contact for Investor Leads, knowing the type of properties they are interested with and endorsing to client for next step – listing a property and/or being able to help the prospect with whatever they need with buying or selling their properties.
• First contact with Investor leads, Investor Buyers and Investor Sellers. Setting appointments, to meet or phone meeting to know the needs and wants of the lead in regards with selling or buying a home. Doing follow up prior to the scheduled appointment.
• Updating lead information to each lead we make contact with. Adding new task and opportunities for reference as to the type of lead we are working with, and setting up a reminder to make sure there is appropriate schedule set for the lead.
• I have managed a team of 10 agents, trained them and supervised them to make sure we exceed client expectations and perform task on a daily basis. And making sure we are all updated with scripting and tasks assigned to and by the client.
I am also able to provide Market Evaluations for properties with the use of the tools and information provided by Client, also researching the lead’s property profile and photo map using tools provided by client. It also includes deduping contacts and managing CRM used in cold calling leads that can be possibly prospects of selling or buying their homes.

I have above average customer service skills that greatly influence communication with leads that initially don’t have interest in selling/buying and be able to convert them to selling or buying a property, or to at least listen to what we can offer – leads are endorsed immediately to client. Also being able to manage irate leads with my customer service skills.
