My name is ----------- ----------- -----------, but I prefer to be called -----------. I have had a wealth of experiences in both life and my career, and I’ve always sought to continuously grow.
I graduated Cum Laude (Honor Student) from a university in Tarlac City, Philippines, where I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication. I worked as a supervisor and coach for an outsourcing company based in the Philippines, where I supported a US-based client.
I was highly skilled in analytics and reporting, believing that numbers tell stories and reveal trends. I saw numbers as valuable tools to identify opportunities that needed attention. I was energetic, especially when there were many tasks to complete. I consistently submitted reports ahead of deadlines and was excellent at time management. I enjoyed having a calendar or to-do list every day, as it helped me stay productive. I proactively sought feedback, viewing constructive criticism as a way to grow.
I loved my job, as it taught me so much, particularly about people management. I had the opportunity to engage with diverse individuals, each with different mindsets. My managers and coworkers trusted me with data analysis and report presentation. I had many chances to interact with our campaign clients, which was a significant achievement for me. I was grateful for the recognition I received, but I also felt it was time to embrace new challenges and continue my growth, as I firmly believe that my greatest competitor is myself.
