Hi, I am Elaine Mae A. Ejara, 28 years of age, from the Philippines.
I am a bachelor's degree graduate majoring in Marketing Management, graduating back in 2018.
I want to share with you my first previous job after I graduated. I was hired as a Hotel Cost Controller here in the Philippines for about a year and 6 months.
I was the one managing five departments of the hotel: Stockroom Department, Kitchen Department, Food and Beverages Department, Housekeeping Department, and lastly, the Boutique Department.
The summary of my responsibilities in all the departments includes being one of the authorized personnel to control the in and out of items, products, and goods from each department.
I conducted daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly inventory for the entire department.
Aside from that, I was responsible for costing the food for event packages such as wedding packages, birthday packages, baptismal packages, and Christmas party packages.
Additionally, I was the one who made the costing for the food à la carte and packages.
I also contacted suppliers for what we needed for the event and spoke to clients for the agreement of the food packages they wanted and meet the needs and wants of the clients
