I have over 3 years of experience supporting Australian residential home loan applications, with strong skills in loan packaging, document review, NCCP compliance checks, PAYG income calculation, servicing support, application lodgement, valuation ordering, lender follow-up, and managing files through approval and settlement conditions. I have worked closely with brokers, BDMs, credit analysts, and lenders, and I am experienced in using Mercury Nexus, Infynity, ApplyOnline, and Salesforce. While I am currently working outside the mortgage industry, I am keen to re-enter the Australian mortgage space and bring my experience, attention to detail, and compliance-focused approach to a mortgage processing or broker support role.
