I am a self-motivated and an agile team player. My educational background in behavioral studies and more than 10 years experience in the BPO industry has made me well acquainted with most of the organizations' functions i.e. operations management, workforce management and MIS.
The mortgage industry has also been instrumental in my work discipline which made me very detail oriented, highly analytical and resilient. Being a poet and blogging on the side has been a noteworthy passion that I still pursue up to present.
