In my recent role as a Quality Assurance Specialist at Monster Group, a private sales company managed by Australian and Kiwi professionals. My main role was to review and evaluate sales calls to ensure strict compliance with company and industry standards, while providing clear, actionable feedback to support performance improvement. I worked closely with Australian and NZ leaders to identify gaps and develop agents through targeted training sessions. I was selected for promotion as a Trainer, where I delivered compliance-focused training and developed learning materials for both new and tenured brokers which enhanced my communication, leadership, problem-solving and analytical skills.
