I am responsible for posting products on our Facebook page and make listings on Shopee, an E-commerce app. I manage our ads on Facebook Ads, answer customers' inquiries and order process, downloading air waybills, organizing orders with buyer's name, items and waybill to be sent to packing and shipping team. I also manage and organize messages, finance, inventory and update stocks.
