I have worked for the BPO industry for 23 years delivering
services to international clients from various industries such as Credit Card,
Telco, Cloud Services, Consumer Banking, and B2B Demand/Lead Generation. My
extensive experience working with US, Australian, and UK clients for over 2
decades has taught me specific set of skills that enables me to successfully
manage service delivery operations with results that translates to client
success.
My objective is to keep learning other facets of Service
Delivery, continue growing my skill-set to it's maximum potential, and add more value to myself
as a leader in operations. I aim to consistently exceed
expectations, bring success to each and every stakeholder, and build
meaningful, long-lasting relationships.
