I am fully equipped when it comes to visual content creation. I am flexible to any editing applications. I have experience content creating and graphic designs. I have experience making video contents, voice overs and also making advertisements.
I also have knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and making Powerpoints.
I also have experience in the field of customer service ensuring goals and any inquiries of clients. In my customer service experience, I answer calls and also make calls to clients helping them through needs of transportation. I am experienced in handling payments through accounts, aiming customer satisfaction and trust.
In my work experience, I developed a passion for service to people, it flourished my writing, communication and editing skills, most especially my abilities in publication. I acquainted myself with a wide range of skills that allow me to quickly work well in teams or in solo projects. During college, I attended several leadership seminars and activities that allowed me to interact with a diverse range of people with different characteristics.
