As a graduate of Colegio de San Juan de Letran – Calamba with a degree in Business Administration majoring in Marketing Management, I began my career with hands-on exposure to banking operations during my internship at Luzon Development Bank. There, I gained experience in loan processing, client data management, and payment processing—developing strong attention to detail and accuracy early in my professional journey. I later joined Testech Group Incorporated as a Sales and Marketing Specialist, where I handled product development support, market research, lead generation, digital marketing campaigns, CRM email marketing, cold calling, and post-sales customer service. This role strengthened my ability to connect strategy with execution— creating brand awareness while directly contributing to revenue growth.
Most recently, I served as a Continuous Improvement Lead (Kaizen) at Furukawa Electric Autoparts Philippines for 3 years and 10 months. In this role, I led Lean Six Sigma initiatives, collaborated with cross-functional teams, and implemented process improvements that enhanced operational efficiency and quality standards. I also played a key role in maintaining Quality Management Systems, supporting ISO 9001 compliance, managing SOPs and process documentation, and assisting in internal and external audits. My experience allowed me to develop strong analytical
thinking, structured problem-solving skills, and the ability to influence teams toward sustainable improvement.
