I am Seth a Chemistry college graduate with experience in business administration, content creation, content planning, customer service, and social media engagement.
I have worked as a freelancer for two small businesses, primarily as a content creator. In that role, I produced content for social media, developed an order process and invoice design, and managed the store’s website to boost engagement and brand awareness. I also handled customer interactions, responding to general inquiries, coordinating product shipments, and arranging customer meet-ups—responsibilities that closely align with my current part-time job. In my current role, I manage product inventory and assist with various ad hoc tasks assigned by the business owner. Additionally, my most recent full-time experience as a laboratory analyst in a laboratory environment strengthened my skills in data analysis, meticulous data entry, problem-solving, and effective communication across departments.
I have experience in in-depth researching, writing, and module creation of high school-level chemistry topics through working in a non-profit organization, that promotes and focuses on STEM education. During my internship, I thoroughly verified information and curated clear and comprehensible teaching guides and assessments to be freely used by STEM teachers. I worked as a customer service agent in a BPO company that catered to a U.S.-based company to uphold quality customer service. During my work experience, I was trained to take live calls, answer customer inquiries and feedback, and resolve application and delivery conflicts.
