I have 2 years of experience in BPO, I handled 2 different accounts as a call center agent, the first one is a sales account which makes me a sales lead generation specialist, and the second one is a travel account in which our clients are a well known personalities because of their businesses and my job for them is to arrange their private jet flight which they rented from us and also their car service. Right now I am an undergraduate college student who is seeking for a job since I am a self-funded student and the breadwinner of the family. As a self-funded student, I have successfully navigated the challenges of balancing work and study. I bring almost 2 years of hands-on experience in the BPO industry. This experience not only supports my education financially but also enhances my practical skills, providing a well-rounded approach to my professional development.
