I began my career in the IT retail industry in 2014, and it lasted until 2023, during which I served as a Store Branch Manager. I started as a Corporate Sales Marketing representative, handling corporate clients and managing all brand promotions. This was my first job in the corporate sector. After a year, I was promoted to Assistant Branch Manager, where I oversaw the entire store operation, though my focus remained on corporate clients and private companies. I also catered to regular walk-in customers, some of whom were supplied to government agencies in the provinces. Later on, I developed an interest in participating in government bidding, successfully securing multiple contracts worth millions.
Being a Store Manager taught me many things and molded my skills in customer service. It required devotion to my job, working with passion, and always being prepared. Managing the entire store necessitated effective time management to ensure everything ran smoothly. Additionally, as a Store Manager, I had to handle difficult situations where my problem-solving skills were tested, and I had to find solutions quickly to avoid conflicts or problems.
When I d----------- to change my career to being a Virtual Assistant, I was looking for professional growth and self-development. To fit in this industry I enrolled in a training center where they teach us some basic skills.
