My name is Jeam Kyla Ladores. I finished my second year in AB Psychology Program, and I’m responsible for conducting short- and long-term planning and management for events. I also do develop, recommends, and approves budgets, marketing and merchandising plans, participant services, and other aspects of events. I graduated and consistent with Honors during my High School. I had a lot of positions in every Academic Year including being an classroom officer with different positions.
I worked as a Customer Service Representative for International Account for seven months. I received compliments for being a good agent together with always reached the daily quota in our shift.
Although I really enjoy my work as an CSR, I’d like to dig deeper down and start actually closing deals. After seven months, I’m ready for a more challenging and dynamic role that requires bringing new business and revenue to the company. Aside from this, I would like a career growth for my future.
