I am a process associate with experience of more than 10 years in my current company assisting US based client.
My current project is making sure that the taxpayer's informations and requirements are correct such as info in their filled out W9 before transfering them to our banking team to open their Interest Bearing Accounts.
I also had experience in drafting exchange packages/agreements for real estate property exchanges and encoding datas from Title Reports and purchase agreements on their system. Has knowledge in searching and verifying real estate owners, property address and their property types.
I also send emails to customers reminding them of their due dates and information that they may need with their transactions.
An online seller as well that has handled social media pages to promote products.
