Worked as a fronline associate in a money remittance center in my previous job. Basically, as FLA we welcome and assists clients regarding their monetary transactions. Also, we accept bills payment, buy and sell USD, and book flights for the clients. We were also responsible for the queries via calls and emails and as well as the reports at the end of the day.
