Training Coordinator

I'm responsible for offering support and coaching to our current staff members. Additionally, we are conduct training sessions with onshore Property Managers to touch base and align training with the specific business processes of their office, often in collaboration with Senior Property Managers or Business Owners. It's worth noting that this position involves working across different states in Australia, requiring familiarity with and adaptation to the varying legislations each state has.
