I work as a customer representative in callcenter in BPO which is we are accepting a people all around in US i encountered a lot of hate’s especially in old people about the problem of there service it because of the service that we are giving to them.I have a lot of experience on how to be calm and patient to make sure that they will receive a best resolution the most important is you are knowledgeable when it comes to business you know how to communicate to other people to get back there trust again because we are the one who is responsible for this.
