A skilled/competent licensed RN with 1
and 1/2 years counting at the bedside experience in a tertiary hospital. The
relevant areas of my expertise that I worked on for almost half-yearly were.
1. EMERGENCY NURSE: Identify and
determine the severity of the case, triage, and prioritize medical needs and
immediate support to minimize negative long-term occurrences.
2. MED-SURG NURSE: Provides care to
adults with a variety of medical issues who are preparing for recovery from
surgery.
3. CARDIO-METABOLIC NURSE: Monitoring
ECG or EKG tracing, diagnosing, treating, and managing for having a therapeutic
service for cardiovascular conditions.
4. RENAL or DIALYSIS NURSE: Provide all
forms of blood purification treatment required for the care of ESRD.
5. ACUTE STROKE UNIT NURSE: Perform
comprehensive and systematic physical assessments for all stroke patients.
6. ICU NURSE: Holistic approach by
providing highly individualized care to most severely ill patients
These specialty areas that I
experienced were not easy hence, these fields are a good foundation for my
profession because I am already knowledgeable and have experience in bedside
care that I would share and link to my client and our recipient care.
