Hello!
I am Kim Stephen Tan a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy. Been part of the banking industry for 2 years as both Sales and Service Representative. After such, I shifted my career into the pharmaceutical industry wherein I was a pharmacy assistant for 3 years meeting and assisting customers from different walks of life. Been with my first BPO company for 2 years. With all humility, In a very short span of time considering that I am inexperienced on the said field I was able to manage to prove myself and climb the ladder; being an agent for 8 months promoted as a Quality analyst and after 6 months I am promoted as a Quality Supervisor. This is a testament that everything can be learned. I firmly believe that in life nothing is impossible as long as you have the determination, perseverance and love for your chosen craft. I always fill my mind with positivity and possibilities. In addition, I am very much open and happy receiving criticism as I take it constructively. In that way , I can learn and improve more not just on my work ethics as well as a person. Learning is continuous and thats one of the things that excites me wince I'll be able to nurture my knowledge and learn new things.
