I worked as a process associate for 3 years and was promoted as a Subject Matter Expert. On my first account I was able to do cold-calling for a Real Estate Company in Philadelphia. After a year, I was assigned to a back-office, data-entry account wherein I was also promoted as Subject Matter Expert. It is a Order Process account. I was able to handle 21 people.
