I am a physician who interned at University of Perpetual Help Doctor Jose G. Tamayo Medical Center. I have the responsibilities of a standard resident doctor on seeing and managing patients at the emergency department and also in the wards. I also handle clerical duties such as the hospital paperwork or medical abstracts of patients for use by the medical records department.
