After earning my bachelor's degree in Biology in 2014, I started my career as a Healthcare Advisor in the BPO industry and got promoted as a Quality Assurance Analyst.
Then, I discovered my passion for recruitment in 2021 after realizing how satisfying and fulfilling it is to help my clients discover the best talents for their businesses while also helping my candidates in achieving their goals. I had experience with volume hiring and had a solid understanding of IT roles before starting my career into recruiting medical specialists in 2023. My goal is to build long-lasting relationships with talents and to connect with businesses all over the world.
I have an in depth knowledge in recruitment and also the skills in customer service. Currently, I am looking for a part- time job to fully maximize my time while earning money.
