I previously worked as an HR Officer for more than a year at a well known shopping mall here at Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines. With my experience I gained HR skills such as Organizational, Decision making, training and development ,conflict resolution, recruitment and adaptability. I am also a self- motivated, committed and detail oriented individual. I also developed mature response towards every situation or tasks given/assigned to me.
