My responsibilities include quantity take-offs, trade scoping, subcontractor coordination, bid leveling, cost summaries, and budgetary estimates during early pre-construction stages.
My professional background includes MEP quantity surveying, pre-contracts support, and tender evaluation under FIDIC-based contract conditions, with experience in single-stage and two-stage tendering. I am comfortable working across time zones and collaborating remotely with estimators, project managers, and trade partners.
