I am currently working as a part-time Customer Service Specialist in a Haircare company. I am experienced and skilled and have gained so much knowledge in this field. I have experience using CRM namely, Freshdesk, and Gorgias, and the current one is Zendesk. I also work with the apps that link to Zendesk which I handle every day, the Facebook, Shopify, Recharge, Smile, and Okendo. I am very attentive to details and I ensure all the tasks will be done quickly. From normal to urgent matters, I finish the day with as much resolution and as quickly as possible since I don't need constant supervision. I would be very willing to work additional hours, especially at EST since it will not affect my current job, and I thought it would be helpful for me and my family financially.
