Current primary responsibility is to oversee the entitlement flow in ERP and ensure all sales are registered in the system for accurate billing. Aid our Channel Partners in their service pricing inquiry through Quotebuilder. My role also includes but not limited to – validation of asset (using various tools such as Business Object, Tableau, Salesforce, and CRM Contract), asset entitlement using SOM/MACC, monitoring, and quote creation. The role will also interact internally with the Region Primes, Business Operations Centre, Finance and Channel
Ops Team globally.
