I just graduated college in Banking and Financial Management and I don't have any job experience yet but my sole experience is with on-the-job training as an administrative assistant. I consider myself to be someone who is organized, competitive, and motivated; someone who accepts responsibility can adjust to changing circumstances, and is open to learning new things.
