I am Kristoffer Jun Yurong, 39 years old and is into the Life Insurance and Financial Advisorship business since 2015. I have also been into the ever dynamic virtual assistance industry over the last 2 years (Aug id 2022 until January 2024) as a virtual assitant for Non Life Insurance COmpany based in the USA, but to date back, I have also been a virtual assistant for a health and wellness store in Florida USA in 2017 to 2019 dealing with general virtual assistant tasks.
I am proficient in the following skills:
1) Data entry - I do extract reports and send key documents to the clientele of my company for different purpose. I do this through the Hawksoft System - a non life Insurance CS platform.
2) Canva - I also am knowledgeable on how to use Canva for basic graphic design and artistry.
3) google work space - I use google workplace at my virtual work.
4) Skype, Zoom, MS Teams, Google - I also am well adapted to these virtual meeting software for communication purposes.
5) Finance and Insurance Industry knowledge - 8 years in this industry has really brought me into the depths of the skill sets needed in this industry
Soft Skills - I am a firm believer that passion and grit will lead you to success rather than just skill. I am adaptable to change and I alwasy welcome change. My communication skills is above par especially in english. I am also into leadership development for over 8 years now and I know how to deal with different personalities in the team. I am a team player and I work hard to contribute to the success of the team, not just individually.
