I've been with the BPO Indusrty for more than 3 years. I was able to handle different accounts such as healthcare, sales and rentals, auto refund account and content moderation. Being part of these said accounts helped me to develop and improve my communications skills for both voice and non-voice interaction. Also, engaging to different nationality and race gave me an opportunity to be more confident and it resulted to a high quality level of customer service.
