I have been with the remote setup for more than a year now as an Operations Manager managing VAs specifically on Real Estate. Handled processes like Maintenance, Accounting, Renewal, Admin and Leasing. Before that I worked with the BPO/Call Center for more than 13 years. I started as a teammate and moved my way up in becoming an Operations Manager. I also worked as a Workforce Coordinator, Quality Lead and Team Lead for almost a decade.
