I’m a graduate of BS in HRM, and was able to apply my knowledge on my first ever job as a waitress in a 5 star hotel. I also took a vocational course (Associate in Customer Service Communication) which really helped me to expand my understanding when it comes to building a strong relationship between the client and customer, as I entered the role of being a CSR from an international company.
