In over 2 years of my experience working as a customer service representative, part of my day to day activities is to take in calls, received live chats, reply via Facebook messenger, write and send emails update. I assist customers with their mobile and broadband issues, perform troubleshoot if required, provide solution and offer new products to existing and/or new customers. We also track order, process refund and escalate the concern if needed.
