I've worked as a TV Technical Support Representative for over a year, and later, I became a Subject Matter Expert, helping new and experienced agents with products and tools. I handle escalated calls when customers need extra support. Additionally, I've been a Customer Support Representative for more than two years. Recently, I graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Multimedia Arts Major in Film and Video. I have a current full time job as a Customer Success Specialist in a Photography Company in the US.
