I had worked in BPO industry for more 4 than years, I experienced working in a sales and support account I was assigned under Teleflora account, we sell flowers and cater reviews and complaints and I worked there for more than a year. I also worked at a healthcare account which is specifically anthem I was under provider services and cater calls fro-----------dical professionals, we resolve and review claims and check member's account information.
