A graduate in Banking and Finance, I began my career in the frontline of sales, starting as an outbound sales agent, advancing to a sales development representative, and eventually taking on a closer role. Currently, I am transitioning into and gaining expertise in back-office operations, working as a Collection Officer and Admin Assistant. This shift is allowing me to broaden my skill set by combining my sales experience with the administrative and operational aspects of the finance industry.
