I am confident in my proficiency in English and can construct cohesive English sentences, paragraphs, and essays with minor difficulty. I also follow instructions exactly as I am told as long as said instructions are clear, precise, and relevant to the work with which I am tasked. I don't do well with oral communication, but I don't have any problems with talking through typing, email, etc..
