their purchase experience or product use and when problems arise on
customer accounts.
-Responsible for calling customers who are overdue on payments on their
accounts.

-Contacting customers when changes have been made on their accounts
or with their products.
-Helping customer in Billing and Payments.
-Creating Invoices on Stripe.
-Collecting customer information, validating payment, and providing
