As a Medical Encoder, I encode raw and medical data/results of patients into the computer. After encoding it, we also read, analyze, and evaluate the medical results to summarized it before sending it back to patients.
For prior authorization coordinator, I processed prior authorization on behalf of the doctor/provider's office. I also analyzes patients chart before processing or calling the medical insurance company (UHC, bcbs, Etc)
My current job is data analyst, I call at different healthcare facilities across the US Region to check if the information in our system about the healthcare facilities/providers are still correct and updated.
