For several years, I've built my career in customer service, administrative support, billing, and office operations, always striving to make processes more efficient and deliver exceptional service to customers and colleagues alike.
Most recently, I worked at Amazon Operations Services Philippines as a Customer Service Representative, where I handled chat and phone support, assisted customers with orders, processed returns and refunds, and resolved concerns with accuracy and professionalism. Ensuring a positive customer experience and timely resolution was always my top priority.
Prior to Amazon, I worked with iQor Philippines, providing customer support and resolving inquiries and complaints. I also gained valuable administrative, billing, and accounting experience with RJCB Marketing and Mike Servitech Corporation, where I processed invoices, managed financial records, handled payments, and supported daily office operations.
To expand my professional skill set, I recently completed Freight Dispatcher and Freight Virtual Assistant training, where I gained knowledge in load board management (DAT and Truckstop), carrier verification (Carrier411, RMIS, and Sylectus), shipment tracking, freight coordination, dispatch operations, and freight brokerage support. This training strengthened my understanding of the transportation and logistics industry and prepared me to support freight brokers, dispatchers, carriers, and logistics teams.
With a combination of customer service expertise, administrative experience, and freight industry training, I am comfortable managing both front-line communications and behind-the-scenes operations. I'm known for being detail-oriented, organized, adaptable, and reliable, and I enjoy contributing to team success while continuously learning and growing.
