I am a fresh graduate with a course of Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Being a student nurse at a time when I was still a student, we are trained with different skills needed during clinical duties. Our communication skills are enhanced during this time since we need to talk with patients and professionals including doctors, nurses, pharmacist, and a lot of healthcare providers in the hospital. Time management is also one of the skill since we have to deal with a lot of interventions everyday like charting, bed side care, medication administration, and entertaining patients with their questions and concerns for them not to feel anxious and to be more comfortable in the hospital. But since we are dealing with patients lives we need to do it in a careful manner. Lastly, our dedication to work enable us to learn more and grow wiser.
