Since I've been in the BPO industry for more than 5 years, I can consider my English communication skill as above average, it is one of my primary skills I've acquired through out the years. I am computer literate, since I was a child, I am familiar with the basic software tools that we normally use at work (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) I can consider myself as a team player, in the process of learning on how to be an excellent leader. I like numbers, numbers motivated me. And last thing I want to say, I have a good work ethic because I am very motivated and excited to build my future.
