I am Jezzieka Kayne Isip, graduated in the Lyceum of the Philippines University - Cavite with a degree of Management Accounting. During the pandemic, I was able to work in a BPO Company as an Associate for 7 months. My responsibilities were to make an outbound calls to various physicians regarding insurances of the patients.Furthermore, during my internship I worked in a Bookkeeping and Accounting Services for 5 months for which I was able to become a Team Manager and tecognized as intern of the month twice.
These experiences taught me how to become flexible in terms of responsibilities when working. Moreover, working as a team can really help us improve in general but working indepently at times is what makes us a better employee because we learn how to be resilient, more careful and more dedicated.
