A Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife who is open to training and learning new skills and knowledge. I used to work as a Nurse Supervisor in a secondary hospital and some of my role involves managing schedules, assigning duties, handling concerns, providing guidance and support to staff and collaborating with other healthcare professionals in which I learned how to demonstrate leadership skills, clinical expertise and ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging healthcare environment . I also worked abroad as a Patient clerk who possesses excellent communication and organizational skills along with a high level of patience and empathy. My primary responsibilities include assisting clients with inquiries, processing transactions, maintaining records, crucial in ensuring positive customer experiences and maintaining a smooth workflow which taught me how to multitask as well as to work work effectively and efficiently.
