First off, I have strong verbal and written communication skills, I am proficient in English and Filipino languages. In addition, I have solid experience in customer service, both in the in-person industry of food and beverage and in the online payment services. I am knowledgeable in using computer office tools such as MS Word and MS Excel, and also very comfortable in doing graphics design using tools such as Canva. My experience in Accountancy made me efficient in money handling tasks and able to do basic accounting. I believe these variety of skills are very important in the many activities involved in being a virtual assistant.
