I've been in the industry for quite some time now, and throughout the years, I've worn many hats. I started out as a customer service representative, a role I held for about six years. During that time, I also worked as a virtual assistant, which eventually opened doors for me to take on other roles like appointment setter, recruiter, and executive assistant. Over the years, I’ve become what you’d call an all-around Virtual Assistant. I handle a wide range of tasks—from managing emails and taking calls to scheduling meeting sand overseeing team operations. I’m very detail-oriented when it comes to task delegation and always make sure everything is submitted ahead of schedule. I'm also big on finding ways to improve how I work like thinking outside the box and finding smarter, more efficient ways to get things done. What I really value is being able to support others so they can focus on the bigger picture. I take pride in being dependable, resourceful, and proactive—traits I've developed through hands-on experience and learning on the job. For me, it’s not just about checking off tasks; it's about making things run smoother, staying two steps ahead, and being someone people can count on.
