I am Attorney Neil Davis; I recently passed the 2025 bar examinations. I focused on Civil Claims, Criminal Law and Labor Disputes. I am affiliated with Cabbacan Law Office and The Law Firm of Singson and Singson as collaborating counsel. From the time I took my oath as a lawyer, I already handled 30 cases with diverse causes of action and claims. I already appeared before the Regional Trial Court, Municipal/City Trial Court, the Office of the Prosecutor and Mediation Centers.
These experiences had help me develop communication skills, legal research, ability to scrutinize legal and actionable documents, draft legal documents, and follow through with the legal processes and Court Orders.
I also have a background in administrative works as a former Human Resource Officer, wherein I spearheaded the company's compliance with international standards. Generally, I handle legal documents, draft contracts, correspondence with other partner companies, recommend policies, and ensure compliance with the laws and other government orders. I am also a former Chairman for Youth Sector, wherein I act as the chairperson during deliberations of local ordinances and resolutions.
Now, I am looking forward to work with foreign clients to leverage my legal expertise and have the opportunity to expand my legal understanding in the broader spectrum of foreign and international laws.
