Serve as the primary technical interface between Powertechsemi and our
customers semiconductor manufacturers. Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer requirements, understand
application challenges, and recommend appropriate semiconductor solutions. Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions
to educate customers on Powertechsemi's product portfolio, features, and
capabilities. Assist customers in products election, evaluation, and qualification, providing
technical guidance and support throughout the design-in process. Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve
customer issues, debug system-level problems, and optimize product
performance. Collaborate with internal engineering teams to relay customer feedback, prioritize feature enhancements, and drive product roadmap decisions. Stay
informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive
landscape in the semiconductor market, providing insights and
recommendations to support business strategy.
